    Anybody mention how the noise from these useless POS kill whales & dolphins. And how the wind doesn't actually blow often after sundown , when you the need power. Or how the composite blades wear out and can't be recycled. So the idiots just haul them out to the desert, and burry them. Yeah! Real environmentally friendly huh. They're playing you for saps. And you all are gonna pay through the nose for bullshyt. High high prices.🙄🙄🤨

    This happens with hail also! We have put in many claims over the years after severe hail. The glass can be unbroken, but if you look closely, you can see micro cracks in the cells that look like silver trails.

    In the example you gave for running the grid isolated with wind/pv/bess, you had GFI on batteries. Does this require a certain BESS capacity in relations with PV and Wind capacity to do so. I assume it depends on magnitude of fluctuations and probably this can be modeled. In my project I have 2.2 GWac of Solar, 1.7 GWac of Wind and 400 MW/400 MWHR of battery which of course has Grif Forming Capability?

    I am a retired construction engineer. To me this looks like over engineering. The oil industry has a history of semi-submersible oil drilling platforms. Why not employ proven technology rather then reinvent the wheel. In my opinion you can make a platform of underwater pontoons made out of concrete with ballast tanks, Float the rig into position, flood ballast tanks, anchor platform. Fast setup with adjustability. Deepwater capable

    Mie nu_mi plac turbinele VHW. Au mult diametru inutil pt că palele nu sunt aerodinamice, nu funcționează la viteze mici, nu funcționează la viteze mari, ale vântului. Aerul nu are densitate mare. Sistemul nu trebuie forțat cu pinioane, cu magneți, cu tensiune în sarcină. A extrage curent electric din vlânt e ca și cum vrei să distilezi parfum sau alcool. Eu aș monta mai multe turbine Darius producătoare de aer comprimat cu compresoare centrifugale, că la tubocompresoarele aero. Si conducte până la uscat, unde aerul comprimat poate fi folosit ori în grupuri electrogene, ori în aer liqid, ori în fabrici direct. Sau aer condiționat, pompe de căldură. Aerul comprimat este compatibil cu orice sursă de forță. Si poate înlocui și sistemele electrice, fără transformatoare. Poate fi stocat cu costuri minime. Fără nici un gram de cupru, magneți, electronică, baterii, mentenanță facilă. Oamenii nu trebuie să plăteascâ mult pe energie doar pentru faptul că există tehnologie avansată. În acest fel energia eoliană va fi mai eftină cu 80%. !!!

    Hi, great video! I have a question. Why do you introduce discount rate to calculate Energy production value? I can understand degradation rate during lifetime of the power plant, but if I understand well energy production is not linked with energy production. Thank you ver much.

      Hello, produced solar energy must be discounted to today value because too. Thus because itself it have a value and this value have an equivalent of money, and that money lost their value with time because of many reasons lost of invest opportunity, inflation, etc. I mean any income in the future lost its value comparing with today money. for exemple your today dollars value account less than the same dollars twenty years ago, the same way the futures dollars will account less than today dollars value.
